Pair of Male and Female Ilorin

$2,900.00Price
  • A fine male and female pair from Ilorin

This is a charming and smiling pair of Ibeji from Ilorin, in the Oyo tribe territory. One characteristic of this pair is the rounded base with carvings all around formed by cross hatched lines approximately inclined at fortyfive degrees. Both Ibeji have a long stretch of coconut disks around the waist and colored necklaces. The artistic hairstyle still presents coloration with Blue Reckitt stain. Both Ibeji still have ample traces of a reddish camwood patina.

  • Ibeji Art offers an unconditional guarantee of authenticity on the Ibeji sold because they are always accompanied by the Expertise of Fausto or Mauro Polo. READ MORE...
