  • A lovely male male from Ilorin, in the Oyo tribe territory

This statuette has a very interesting coiffure, presenting a square top part with a opening in the middle. The coiffure still presents ample traces of indigo pigment. The mouth is significantly abraded as a result of regular feeding pratised by the mother. There are three scarification marks on each cheek. The necklace, anklets, and wristlets are made of round glass beads, the belt is made of coconut shells. Traces of red camwood are still present on the body.
