Ibeji Archive

Ibeji Archive is the world’s only digital gallery dedicated to authentic, antique Ibeji. Building on the foundational work of Fausto and Mauro Polo, the archive is now managed by Lorenzo Polo and features over 1,200 authenticated figures. Each piece is meticulously classified by its carving style and village of origin.

As new figures are regularly certified and added, the database continues to grow, serving as a dynamic, ever-evolving resource for the study of Yoruba twin art.
