The buyer's entrance into a transaction with Ibeji Art implies the integral acceptance of all the terms and conditions included in this web-page. All “Sales Terms and Conditions" shall be governed, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Pennsylvania. By placing an order the purchaser shall be deemed to have consented to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state courts of, and the federal courts sitting in, the State of Pennsylvania.
SHIPPING
The Ibeji are shipped by courier, UPS, USPS, or FedEx. The cost of shipping is 35 USD within US and 80 USD within Europe and from US to Europe and viceversa.

All the Ibeji are shipped fully insured by private insurance. Custom and duty fee, if any, are to be paid by the buyer.

Typically shipping is done within 2-3 days after confirmation of payment from credit card company or bank.
SELLING PRICE
​All the Ibeji listed on this site are priced according to the method described in the book "The Encyclopedia of the Ibeji" by Fausto Polo. The listed selling price is typically 60-90% of the appraised value using this method
GUARANTEE OF AUTHENTICITY
Ibeji Art offers an unconditional guarantee of authenticity on all of the Ibeji sold. Each sold Ibeji is accompanied by a Silver Expertise of Fausto, Mauro, or Lorenzo Polo. As is the case with antique and ancient wooden objects, the Ibeji can have cracks, and signs of naturally occurring age from both their indigenous tribal use and their antiquity. The Ibeji available for sale on Ibeji Art are always photographed from each side; therefore all aspects including condition, patina, surface wear, cracks and other aspects of the figure can be examined by the buyer prior to purchase. Requests for additional information are always welcome and can be sent by email to Ibeji Art. All the Ibeji sold at Ibeji Art are inserted in Ibeji Archive.
PAYMENTS
​Accepted methods of payments are Paypal, credit cards, personal checks, cashier checks, wire transfer, and cash. In case the payment is done by credit card or Paypal a 3.5% commission will be added to cover the expenses. In case you would like to pay by wire transfer contact us to request bank data. Payments by wire transfer can be done in USD to our bank in US or in Euro to our bank in Italy.
RETURNS
Ibeji Art offers to the buyer the possibility to return the lot if not satisfied for whatever reason. In this case the buyer must ship the lot back to Ibeji Art within ten days from the receiving and email in advance his intentions to return the lot to Ibeji Art. The shipping and insurance cost to return the Ibeji will be paid by the buyer.

Ibeji Art is not responsible for returned items lost or damaged during the shipping by the buyer. After receiving the lot and verifying it is in the same conditions as it was shipped, Ibeji Art will refund the buyer the cost the lot, deducting the shipping cost.
