Single Female Oye

$2,000.00Price
  • Old female with beautiful patina from Oye, in the Ekiti tribe territory

The natural patina of this Ibeji is luxurious, of an appealing brownish color. The base is rounded and dome-shaped, with a tribally made repair. The breasts are very long and dropping.  The coiffure is high and stained with Reckitt pigment. A long string of coconut shell disks around the waist decorates this statuette, together with two metal bangles around the wrists and a beaded goldish necklace. This Ibeji is made of a insolit heavy wood.

  • Ibeji Art offers an unconditional guarantee of authenticity on the Ibeji sold because they are always accompanied by the Expertise of Fausto or Mauro Polo. READ MORE...
